In California, all buyers must sign a new form called Property Entry Advisory and Declaration, “PEAD” for short. Your agent will have you sign this form and will provide to the listing agent and seller of every property. We have also seen more requests to tour properties virtually. As a result, you will see more 3D virtual tours available on listings. For now, we are seeing more sellers hesitant to let just anyone in their home, as a result, more people are asking for Lender Pre-approval letters before viewing.
