Hi, I’m Andrea Holmes—thank you for taking the time to learn more about The Andrea Holmes Team.I’m a California native who grew up in Orange County and graduated from Chapman University. In 2007, my husband, Stuart, and I relocated from Los Angeles to Temecula in search of a safe, vibrant, and family-friendly community to raise our two daughters. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found home. Over the years, we’ve watched Temecula grow into one of California’s most desirable places to live—and we’ve never looked back.

Outside of real estate, I love riding my horse, Monte, and spending time with my family. I’m actively involved in the competitive dressage community alongside my daughter, Sofie, and have built strong connections within the local equestrian network. I’m also proud to be involved with the Rotary Club of Temecula and enjoy volunteering and giving back to our community.With more than 17 years of experience, our team brings deep local knowledge and a family-focused perspective to every transaction.
